We recommend just using a little dish soap & warm water on a soft cloth, then let it air dry
or you can dry it with a soft cloth… Note: "DO NOT" get the inside wet!

We included 3 different size inserts with instructions on how to use them…
they are included in case your cue is a bit loose… this way you can tighten the X10r
to your personal preference… we also include a instruction sheet & business card.

What if the X10R is too loose or too tight?

We include in each kit extra inserts to solve this issue… since there are
many different size diameters cues then some may need the inserts to tighten
it up… as far as too tight - we made the "X10r" opening large enough that
it should work on just about any cue… If you have a cue that is too tight let
us know and we will do everything possible to solve the issue for you…

Can I use this on multiple or different cues, as I own more than 1 cue?

We recommend you use the "X10r" for one cue only… but we found out many
do use it on other cues… it is basically a personal choice. We recommend just
one cue because once you have it set for your cue then it form fits that cue…

NO - The "X10r" does NOT need to be screwed on. It just pushes on & pulls off…
It will work on just about any cue.
